How do I save a mix?

Arrange your orbs on the canvas, then tap the save icon (💾) in the top-right corner. Give your mix a name and it will be stored in Mix Memory. Your saved mixes sync via iCloud if enabled.

Does Drift work offline?

Yes. All 12 ambient sounds are bundled with the app during installation. No streaming. No internet required. Your phone can be in airplane mode.

What's the difference between Free and Lifetime?

Free Forever: 5 ambient sounds (Rain, Thunder, Fire, Waves, Wind), spatial mixing, Mix Memory, OLED black.

Lifetime ($4.99): All 12 sounds (adds Forest, Ocean, Cafe, Night Traffic, Vinyl Crackle, White Noise, Brown Noise), Heartbeat Rhythm haptics, Lullaby Drift melodies, Firefly Canvas.

How do I enable Heartbeat Rhythm?

Heartbeat Rhythm requires Lifetime Access. Once unlocked, tap the heart icon (💛) in settings. Your device will pulse gentle haptic feedback in sync with your soundscape. Works best with iPhone.

Can I sync my mixes across devices?

Yes. Enable iCloud sync in Settings → iCloud. Your saved mixes will sync across all iOS devices signed into the same Apple ID. Data is encrypted end-to-end. We never see the contents.

Does Drift track my usage?

No. Zero analytics. Zero telemetry. Zero data collection. We don't know which sounds you use or how often you open the app. Your listening habits stay private. Read our privacy policy.

Why is my battery draining?

Drift uses audio playback which consumes battery. To extend battery life: (1) Use OLED black mode, (2) Disable Firefly Canvas, (3) Lower screen brightness, (4) Close other apps. Consider charging your device overnight while using Drift.

Can I use Drift with AirPods?

Yes. Drift works with any Bluetooth headphones, wired headphones, or your device's built-in speakers. Spatial audio positioning is optimized for stereo output.

How do I delete a saved mix?

Tap Mix Memory (💾), swipe left on any saved mix, and tap Delete. This action cannot be undone.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not Ekoche Studios. Contact App Store support within 90 days of purchase. Open the App Store → tap your profile → Purchase History → find Drift → Report a Problem.

What iOS version do I need?

Drift requires iOS 17.0 or later. Check your iOS version: Settings → General → About → Software Version.

Can I use Drift on iPad?

Yes. Drift is a Universal app and works on both iPhone and iPad. The canvas scales to fill your screen.

The app crashed. What should I do?

Force quit Drift (swipe up from home indicator), restart your device, and try again. If crashes persist, email info@ekoche.com with your iOS version and device model.
